Goodness gracious!
My career has been quite a mixed bag. After college I worked in the political world for many years. I worked on campaigns, lobbied at the state level, and coordinated grassroots efforts for national issues. (That was probably the most fun.) I finished my political career as a congressional fundraiser and absolutely loved it. But as great as it was, I loved my family more.
Since then, I’ve been a homemaker, a side gig entrepreneur, and an advocate for our out-of-the-box boy who keeps defying ALL odds.
I absolutely love taking care of people, opening our home, celebrating others, and I make a killer margarita.
Several years ago, I co-founded The Collective with a great friend, Jess Henning. We helped entrepreneurial moms get clear on where they’re headed & how the heck to get there through an online community, courses, and a mastermind.
I’m a small town girl. I grew up in the middle of a cotton field and now live a couple of hours down the road in our little corner of Louisiana. I corral 3 boys (4 if you include the man-boy I’m married to) and we have a free-range doodle who keeps life even more interesting.
